Lamb Products

Hickory Hills Farm lamb is naturally raised. There are no herbicides, pesticides or growth hormones used on our farm. Our lambs are born on pasture and stay on pasture with their mothers, through fall when they are then weaned. Our lamb is served at several fine restaurants throughout West Central Wisconsin and our processed lamb products are sold at local cheese stores. Hickory Hills lamb is processed locally in Mondovi, Wisconsin by award winning Gunderson Food Service. If you are interested in any of our lamb products, give us a call or send us an email. Our lamb products are only available directly from us at the farm. We don't ship our lamb products because of the expense and 
logistics of shipping frozen meat. 

Did you know?

• Lamb is naturally lower in cholesterol, saturated fat and mono- saturated fat than beef.
• Lamb is a prime source of high-quality protein, vitamins and minerals. Its protein is nutritionally complete, with all 8 essential amino acids in the proper ratio.
• Lamb is high in B vitamins, niacin, zinc and iron. The majority of the iron found in lamb is more
  usable in the body than the type of iron found in most other foods.
• Lamb contains less internal marbling (internal fat throughout the meat) than other meats.
  The fat on lamb is on the outside and easily trimmed away.

• Pepper Sticks – a tasty and spicy snack (garlic and jalapeno seasoning)
• Jerky/Lamb Stix - melt in your mouth jerky with sweet and tangy flavors
• Gyros meat - traditional Greek spiced lamb sliced and ready for your sandwich
• Smoked leg of lamb -sliced for sandwiches
• Brats (6 per package) 100% lamb for less fat and great flavor.

The meat in these processed products is pure lamb. No beef or pork is added.
